Please contact and obtain advice from your GP or your healthcare professional if you are considering treatment and are unsure if Hypnotherapy is right for you. At The Milton Practice we recommend a telephone conversation prior to booking you initial consultation so that you may ask any questions prior to any treatment. During your initial consultation your hypnotherapist will be able to assess your situation, create a treatment plan specific to your needs and will ensure Hypnotherapy is right for you. Clinical Hypnotherapy is often used in conjunction with other healthcare professionals as part of a support team, and when required or beneficial to do so, and with your permission, would work with your other healthcare providers to create a complete treatment plan.
