Supervision is an opportunity for clinical practitioners to meet and discuss casework in a supportive and confidential space. This allows for therapist reflection, growth and support, encouraging best practice and ensure personal development.
Supervision is an essential part of our therapeutic practice, and is a requirement of all professional associations.
Group or one-to-one supervision is with Richard Lepper. Sessions are 1-2 hours in duration and held at our Brighton location or online.
What Does It Cost?
£20 per person – group session (per hour)
£40 one-to-one (30 mins)
£80 one-to-one (1 hour)

What Happens At Supervision?
- During supervision, practitioners can review their work in order to learn from their experience and improve their practice. The focus is to improve the quality of our service for our clients benefit.
- Practitioners are encouraged to examine their work, and to recognise their strengths, as well as identifying areas for improvement or further development.
- You will discuss any areas of your work or practice that you feel would be helpful to address by looking a client cases whilst maintaining client confidentiality.
- Supervision is also helpful to keep practitioners up to date with the latest developments within the field of therapy, and to discuss research and developments pertaining to your practice.
- In group supervision you will have the chance to learn from your peers and gain insights via their experiences.
- All sessions are engaging and supportive, with a focus on inspiring practitioners to become the best they can be.
